0730 Hours: After breakfast depart Nairobi by road connecting through the super highway to the Bypass through kiambu farmlands and begin to descend for a journey south to Hell's Gate National Park with a brief stopover at the famous Rift valley view point for an excellent view of this scenic site of the floor of the great rift valley which formed many years ago due to now extinct volcanic activity.
You will enjoy a game drive in this tiny park, where other activities including hiking, Camping, Rock Climbing, Bird watching, Photography, Wildlife viewing, cycling and marathon races have been attracting many visitors who are looking for a combination of leisure and adventure becoming an important getaway for most people over the weekends.
Other major attractions inside the park include, nature trails, Olkaria Geothermal Station, nature trails, Hot springs, Tourist circuits, and picnic sites, Raptor nesting in cliffs, exciting Gorge walk, the MervynCarnelley Raptor Hide and Fischer’s Tower. The Park lies to the south of Lake Naivasha in Kenya, North West of Nairobi about 90 kilometers from Nairobi. Hell's Gate National Park is 14 kilometers after the turnoff from the old Nairobi-Naivasha highway.
You will then proceed for lunch in any of the lake sides or venture out in Naivasha town to one of the modern mall to sample Kenya food.
After lunch optional boat ride to Crescent Island Conservancy which boasts a flat terrain making it easy for nature walks and excellent Game viewing where giraffes, waterbucks, elands, wildebeests, zebras and impalas graze side by side undisturbed for there are no predators. Lake Naivasha is a bird watchers haven where fish eagles, ospreys, lily-trotters, black crakes and a variety of herons thrive in large numbers, as well as augur buzzard, and swifts.
After lunch we proceed on our adventurous tour past Nyandarua to Nyahururu on the eastern side of Nakuru town rising to an altitude of 2360 meters above sea level and is found in Laikipia county.
This tour takes you to the Thompson's Falls located in Nyahururu a rich agricultural area, Found on the Ewaso Narok river a tributary of the Ewaso Nyiro river which drains from the aberdare ranges, the fall drops in a beautiful cascade 74 metres high, attracting many visitors including the first European to walk from Mombasa to Lake Victoria Joseph Thomson, who came across the waterfall in 1883 which he named Thomson's Falls after his father.
Activities here include exploring the waterfall by a challenging nature walk down to the foot of the fall, a fete only accomplished by the strong willed. walk to the Hippo point to look at the hippos on upper side of the fall, bird watching or just relax and enjoy the cool breeze from the hotel lawns both sides of the fall as you take your memorable photographs.
We will then leave for our next discovery the hiden treasure at Tafaria castle and lodge in Nyeri for overnight stay.
Day 2Sweetwaters Serena Camp, OlPejeta Conservancy
After your scrumptious breakfast you will leave the lodge facility and depart for your dream destination the sweet waters Game reserve in Nanyuki as you go through the equator where you will have one foot in the north hemisphere and the other one in the south.

The Great Rift Valley stretches from Egypt to Mozambique and this point reveals the breathtaking sceneries of this 2 km sharp descent becoming a popular stop over point for our visitors.
You will then proceed with your exciting safari to arrive in Hell's Gate National park after a comfortable one hour thirty min drive. Hell's Gate National Park is a tiny park located between Lake Naivasha, Longonot and Suswa creating an important habitat for a variety of wildlife and many bird species including Bushbucks, Dikdiks, Gazelles, Gnus, Hartebeests, Impalas, Klipspringers, Buffaloes, Hyraxes, Zebras, Hyenas, Jackals, Mongooses, Baboons, Monkeys and Porcupines amongst others. Several bird species have been recorded in this park, including vultures, Verreaux's and the rare lammergeyer vultures.

After hells gate we proceed to lake Naivasha Kenya’s second largest fresh water lake 100km from the city .
This freshwater lake is fringed by thick papyrus and stretches approximately 13 km's across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five metres, supporting numerous fish, birds and other wildlife including hippos, giraffe, warthog, buffalo, waterbucks and numerous impalas.
This safari forms a fantastic weekend getaway that takes you to this important habitat famous for game viewing, boat riding, cycling, walking, hiking and horse riding. Lake Naivasha hosts Elsamere Lodge the original home of Joy Adams of Born Free fame which is a haven for nature lovers, set in Acacia forest on the banks of the Lake in Kenya’s Rift Valley. The late Joy Adamson together with her husband George Adamson, became world famous for their pioneering conservation work and relationship with the lioness Elsa, as told in her bestselling book and subsequent film, ‘Born Free’ most of its writing having been done at Elsamere until she was murdered in 1980. Her relationship with Elsa the lioness who she raised from a young cub and later successfully released back into the wild is given in detail.
