Day 1Nairobi/Egypt-Cairo.

Depart Nairobi JKIA embark on a memorable flight to this historical spiritual land. You will land after 5 hr. flight at Cairo International airport where our meet and assist representative will welcome and guide you through immigration and customs then escort you to your hotel for check in .You will Refresh and after short rest you will later proceed on a tour of Cairo city located in northern Egypt along the Nile delta in an area known as lower Egypt 165km from Mediterranean sea(100ml) and 120 km west of Suez canal.

You will visit the hanging church (AL MUALLAQA) which was built in the 4th century named for its location elevated upwards twenty nine steps above a gate house of the fortress of Babylon. It is dedicated to Virgin Mary, who is said to have appeared severally and its treasures includes a 14th century wall painting of the Nativity.

Day 2Egypt - Cairo/Nuweiba.

After your breakfast check out of the hotel and depart on a an exciting morning to visit the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx to marvel at these giant structures which are products of ancient man forming highly prized Egyptian historical possessions. Later on transfer to Nuweiba (approx. 6 hrs.) Arrive Nuweiba, check in the hotel. The rest of the evening spent at leisure enjoying hotel facilities.

Day 3Nuweiba - Taba - (Egypt), Eilat - Jericho/Jerusalem - (Israel).

After breakfast, you take a 30 min drive to the border town of Taba and cross over to Eilat to enter Israel through the check point and immigration at the border and you will be met by our representative in Israel who will welcome you to the holy land, Land of the bible and the cradle of faith. We shall visit Jericho the oldest and also the lowest city on earth ,from where you will visit the Mountain of temptation using a cable car , remains of the walls of the old Jericho and Zaccheus tree (Luke 18:35-42).



Take lunch in Jericho , then later move on to The Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, from where you enjoy Spectacular views of this holy city before setting out to visit the Ascension Chapel where Jesus ascended into Heaven and finally conclude the day by visiting the Church of Pater Noster to witness the “Lord’s Prayer’ written in several languages.

Day 4Israel - Jerusalem/Bethlehem.

Breakfast at hotel and drive to start our full day, where we will visit the Church of All Nations and the Garden of Gethsemane to see the Rock of Agony the place where Jesus prayed before the Roman soldiers came for Him. Continue to visit the Church of St. Anne, Pool of Bethesda then continue in the footsteps of Jesus along the Stations of the Via Dolorosa, Jesus’ "Way of Suffering", starting from the first station (condemnation) to the fourteen station the last five being inside the Church of the Holy Sepulcher where Jesus was crucified, died and eventually the resurrection from the dead.



It marks the hill of crucifixion and the empty tomb of jesus where he was buried and it also serves as the headquarters of the Greek orthodox patriarch of Jerusalem, while control of the church is shared between several Christian denomination and secular entities in a complex but working arrangements.Then continue crossing the old City of Jerusalem (The old Pazar), the Jewish Quarter where the remains of the holy temple and the Wailing Wall. Visit the Mount Zion area to see the Upper Room where Jesus and His disciples had their last supper.You will also visit King David’s tomb, the Dormition Abbey and the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu.

Day 5Isreal- Jerusalem/Bethlehem.

In the morning, we visit the ancient Church of the Nativity, located in Bethlehem, where Jesus was born for a real connection with our faith. Built by Constantine and his mother St. Helena in the 4th century, it has been an active church visited by both Christians and Muslim faithful. It is here that St. Hieronymus wrote the first Latin translation of the Bible – the “Volgata”.We shall also visit the “Milk Grotto” and, the “Shepherds Fields” in Beth-Sahour,being for long centuries a devotional site.



At noon we will drive to visit Hebron (20 miles south of Jerusalem). Hebron entered history with Abraham. “After leaving his nephew Lot in the region of Bethel, Abraham moved his tent and came and dwelt by the oaks of Mamre which are at Hebron, and there he built an alter to the Lord.

Day 6Israel-Bethlehem/Nazareth.

At 07:00 we move to visit the old city of Jaffa, one of the ancient gateways to the Holy Land: Through its port the Cedar trees for Salomon’s Temple were brought, the prophet Jonas tried to flee God, but most important: It was in Jaffa where Christianity began to be spread among the nations. Here St. Peter lived in the house of Simon the Tanner and had the “Vision of the Flesh”, and here he made his first miracle by healing the little girl.



Today Jaffa’s renovated alley-ways attract many artists, who have their galleries there. We drive to Caesarea, the magnificent port-city built by King Herod the Great. From here St. Peter went to Rome and started with his first miracles. In Caesarea’s well-preserved theater an inscription of the procurator Pontius Pilate was found. We continue to Haifa the Mt. Carmel. Stella Mary’s. And after noon drive to visit Nazareth, where we will visit there the basilica and the Grotto of the annunciation- the old Synagogue and Mary’s well.

Day 7Israel - Nazareth.

Today we visit the places where Jesus acted around the Sea of Galilee: Mt. of the Beatitudes, where the “Sermon on the Mount” was given. Proceed to Tabgha : It is a place with a plentiful supply of water. Traditionally , this is the site where Jesus fed 5000 with 2 fish and 5 loaves (Mark 6:36-44 , Matthew 14:13-21 , John 6:1-6), walking down to primacy of peter ( Mensa Christi )then proceeding to the town of Christ ( Capernaum).Drive to visit Kibbutz Ginosar where we see the dairy farming.



Ginosar are the biggest and oldest banana plantations in Israel, which in the last decades, show impressive agriculture results, both for Israel and worldwide. Also we will sail on the sea in a boat similar to the boat used by Jesus and his disciples. Proceed to Baptismal Site on the Holy River Jordan.

Day 8Israel - Egypt.

Early in the morning 7.00a.m we move to Mt. Tabor where Jesus chose to be the site of His transfiguration (Luke 9:28-36), then proceed to visit Qumran, proceed to the Dead Sea (the lowest point in the world) and we can float there. Continue to Eilat border. At 16:00, we will arrive to Taba Border to enter into Egypt. Continue to St Catherine, Arrive St. Catharine Check in a hotel. Have an early dinner and retire early to be ready for the early morning climb.

Day 9Israel - Egypt.

Wake up at At 0200 hrs start the climb Mt. Sinai. Return to hotel for rest and breakfast. Checkout and will visit sites in St. Catherine, which is the place where Moses climbed up the mountain to receive the Ten Commandments. In the same area, there is the famous Greek Orthodox Monastery, which is built around the Burning Bush and the well where Moses met his wife Zebura (daughter of Jethro, the priest of Median). Visit the place where the Israelites camped when Moses went to receive the Ten Commandments. There will be an optional Walking tour around the mountain in the valley of Arbien.



Next stop is in Rephidim where the Israelites fought the Amalekites. During this battle led by Joshua, whenever Moses put his arms down, the Israelites lost and whenever he put his arms up, the Israelites were winning. (Aaron and Hur held Moses’ arms up as he started getting tired until the battle was won).

Heading to the Springs of Moses where Moses hit the rock and twelve water springs appeared. Here, there are remnants of the springs and a group of Bedouins still lives there. Next advance to the Wilderness of Sin where the miracle of Manna and Quails took place and view the seventy-two palm trees.

Then we cross the famous Suez Canal that separates Asia and Africa. This tunnel is under the sea and an adventure in itself. Sometimes the huge ships crossing the canal can be seen Continue to Cairo and check in the hotel.

THE Holy Family of Joseph, Mary and baby Jesus are believed to have stayed at the church of St. SergiusandBacchus, A 5th century basilica built over crypt during their flight into Egypt, away from King Herod's massacre of male babies. Nearby you get to Ben Ezra Synagogue which is said to have been erected near the spot where baby Moses was found in the reeds by pharaoh’s daughter and recently the finding of medieval manuscripts in 1894.Church of ST MERCURIUS (ABU SEFEIN) – boasts a unique collection of Coptic art including 175 icons that depict scenes from the old and new testaments, wall paintings, etching and stained glass. Later in the evening Transfer to hotel for overnight stay in Cairo.

The "Milk Grotto” (Magharetsittimariam, Grotto of the lady Mary,) over which today a small Chapel stand, is frequented by local women, Christians and Muslim alike, as well as pilgrims from all over the world to ask for the intercession of Mary mother of Jesus where it is said some breast milk spilt while Mary was breast feeding baby Jesus and this is the reason for the "white" stone of the cave.It is believed that the holy family had taken refuge here during the slaughter of the innocents before their flight to Egypt. The pilgrims believe that the scrapings from the stones in the grotto enhance fertility and boost the quantity of a mother’s milk hence kept under mattress and also mixed with drinking water. (Genesis 13:18) After an oriental bargaining Abraham bought the cave of Machpela for four hundred shekels of silver from Ephron the Hittite. The cave of Machpela became the family burial place where Sara, Abraham himself, Isaac, Rebecca, Leah and finally Jacob, whose body was brought from Egypt, were buried, and continue to visit EinKarem, the place where John the Baptist was born. We will visit the “St. John in the Mountains” church, built on the place where the house of St. John was standing. We will also visit the Church of Visitation, where St. Mary visited Elisabeth, and continue to visit the new city of Jerusalem.
